Toronto and Montreal share US Eastern hours and Vancouver shares Pacific, so your morning overlaps my evening for live standups and reviews. I'm based in Surat, India (IST, UTC+05:30).

Can a Canadian company engage you as a contractor?
Yes. I work as an independent contractor and invoice in CAD or USD by international wire, or through your contractor platform (Deel, Remote, Oyster or similar). For the right full-time role I'm open to that too.
What time do we overlap?
Your morning is my evening. With Toronto that is a three-hour live window from 9 am to 12 pm Eastern; with Vancouver it is 8 to 10 am Pacific. We fix the window in week one.
