US mornings overlap with my evening, so standups, reviews and pairing happen live and the rest of my day is your overnight progress. I'm based in Surat, India (IST, UTC+05:30).

Can I hire you as a contractor from the US?
Yes. I work as an independent contractor invoicing in USD by international wire, or through your contractor platform (Deel, Remote, Oyster or similar) if you already use one. For the right full-time role I'm open to that conversation too.
How much overlap with US hours do you guarantee?
We agree a fixed daily overlap window in week one, typically your morning. Outside it, work continues in your overnight, so you start each day with reviewed pull requests and a written update.
